My mission is to help you find your happy place, and then make the experience of buying and/or selling a home the best in the industry. My approach is no-nonsense and no pressure. I’ll point out red flags, help you think strategically, advocate on your behalf, and protect you throughout the purchase process. 


Having personally lived in most of the local counties, I’m well equipped to help home buyers explore their geographic options. On a weekly basis you can find me in Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Delaware and Philadelphia counties helping my clients buy and sell real estate. Regardless of whether you are upsizing, downsizing, right-sizing, or buying a home for the first time, I can guide you through the process. If you also need to sell your home, I’m a market strategist who can help you prepare, position, and sell your home effectively and uniquely.


A myriad of skills are needed to prepare a home for sale, guide the marketing process, and maximize the potential sale price of your home. When you sell your home with me you work with a professional REALTOR® who has a 25-year history of design & marketing business ownership. I’m a Wharton-educated market strategist and also have a BFA in communication design from Moore College of Art & Design.


My investment clients hire me to identify the hottest areas for development in the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties, as well as look for investment properties that have a proven record of steady rental income. I can help you explore the options, research the numbers, look at the sales history and negotiate the deal that make sense for your goals.


If you need to buy or sell outside of my licensed territory, I can help. No matter where in the world you are, I have relationships with reputable agents that have a strong history of client satisfaction. 

Because I belong to the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS®) and am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), my relationship with these organizations gives me access to the best agents in the industry.   • REALTOR® – Although both REALTORS® and real estate agents must be licensed to sell real estate, the main difference between a real estate agent and a REALTOR® is that the latter is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.  REALTORS® pledge to uphold a 17-article code of ethics, the first article stating that we must put the interests of buyers and sellers ahead of our own and to treat all parties honestly.   • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) – A Certified Residential Specialist is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Less than 3-4% of licensed real estate agents in the U.S. have this designation. 

  • Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Accredited Buyer’s Representatives belong to the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and have completed additional education and practical experience that helps them assist and protect their buyers throughout the purchase process and contract execution.  Website:

  • Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certified (SFR®) Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified agents have additional education aimed at helping buyers and sellers of distressed properties. The fine print
